What we collect
When you send an enquiry we keep your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message, so we can reply and so a failed email never loses your request. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address with your enquiry, to stop spam. We do not store your address itself, and the hash is deleted along with the enquiry.
Who sees it
Example Trades Limited reads your enquiry. It is stored with our database provider and sent through our email provider. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.
Analytics
We count visits with a cookieless analytics tool. It does not follow you around the web.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@example.com.
